How do I know if my home battery is working correctly?
Your battery should charge during the day from solar and discharge in the evening. If your battery is not charging, not discharging during outages, showing error codes in the app, or your backup duration has decreased significantly, it may need service.
What does a battery health check include?
A battery health check covers state of health (capacity vs. original rating), charge and discharge cycle review, software and firmware version check, error code review, and physical inspection of connections and mounting.
Why is my Powerwall not charging?
A Powerwall that is not charging can be caused by a software issue, a gateway communication fault, a solar inverter problem preventing charging, or a hardware fault in the Powerwall itself. We diagnose all of these scenarios.
Does Enphase IQ Battery have a warranty?
Enphase IQ Batteries carry a 10-year warranty covering defects and capacity retention. If your battery capacity has dropped significantly within the warranty period, we can document the issue and support your warranty claim.
Can you service a battery from a different installer?
Yes. We service Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ Battery, Franklin Electric aPower, and other residential battery systems regardless of who installed them.
