sonnen eco and sonnenCore batteries carry a 10-year warranty covering defects and a minimum cycle count (10,000 cycles for eco, 10,000 for sonnenCore). Warranty service is handled through sonnen — we provide diagnostic documentation to support your claim.
Why is my sonnen battery not charging?
A sonnen that is not charging can be caused by a software issue, a WiFi connectivity problem preventing remote management, a solar input fault, a grid connection issue, or a hardware fault in the battery or integrated inverter. We diagnose all of these scenarios on-site.
Does sonnen have an integrated inverter?
