We service Ruixu 48V 100Ah, 48V 200Ah, 24V 100Ah, and other Ruixu LiFePO4 battery models. We also service Ruixu battery banks configured in series or parallel.
My Ruixu battery is not charging correctly — what could be wrong?
Ruixu battery charging issues can be caused by incorrect charge parameters in the inverter, a BMS protection trip, a weak or failing cell, or a communication fault between the BMS and the inverter. We diagnose the root cause on-site and restore correct charging behavior.
Can you integrate Ruixu batteries with my existing inverter?
Yes. We configure Ruixu batteries to communicate with compatible inverters via CAN or RS485, including EG4, Sol-Ark, Growatt, and other brands. We set charge parameters, verify BMS communication, and test the integrated system.
How long should a Ruixu LiFePO4 battery last?
Ruixu LiFePO4 batteries are rated for 2,000–4,000 charge cycles at 80% depth of discharge. With proper charge parameters and operating conditions, a Ruixu battery should last 8–15 years in a typical residential backup application.
