Solar Monitoring
Offline or Not Reporting?

We reconnect and troubleshoot Enphase Enlighten, SolarEdge mySolarEdge, and all major solar monitoring platforms. If your monitoring is offline, you cannot tell if your system is producing — and that costs you money.

We also restore monitoring for systems from defunct installers — transferring account ownership, replacing failed gateways, and getting your production data visible again.

Monitoring Platforms We Service

We diagnose and reconnect all major residential solar monitoring systems:

Enphase Enlighten

IQ Gateway reconnection, account transfer, gateway replacement, microinverter communication faults, and data gap investigation.

SolarEdge

SolarEdge monitoring portal restoration, inverter communication faults, optimizer-level production review, and account access recovery.

String Inverter Platforms

SMA Sunny Portal, Fronius Solar.web, Sungrow iSolarCloud, GoodWe SEMS Portal, Growatt ShineServer, and more.

Offline & Orphaned Systems

Monitoring restoration for systems from defunct installers. We transfer account ownership and replace failed communication hardware.

What We Do On a Monitoring Service Call

We diagnose the root cause — not just the symptom — and restore full visibility into your system's production:

  • Identify whether the issue is communication, hardware, or inverter fault
  • Reset and reconnect gateway devices (Enphase IQ Gateway, SolarEdge inverter)
  • Replace failed gateway or communication hardware if needed
  • Verify production data is accurate — not just "online"
  • Investigate and explain data gaps in historical production
  • Transfer account ownership for orphaned systems
  • Confirm monitoring matches actual inverter output

Solar Monitoring — Common Questions

Why is my solar monitoring offline?

Solar monitoring goes offline when the gateway or communication device has lost its internet connection, the gateway device has failed, the inverter has a fault that prevents communication, or the monitoring account credentials have changed.

How do I reconnect my Enphase Enlighten monitoring?

Enphase Enlighten reconnection usually involves resetting the IQ Gateway, verifying the home network connection, and re-pairing the gateway to the Enlighten account. If the gateway has failed, it needs to be replaced. We handle all of this on-site.

My SolarEdge monitoring shows low production — what does that mean?

Low production in the SolarEdge portal can indicate a real production issue (inverter fault, shading, panel problem) or a communication issue where the inverter is producing normally but not reporting accurately. We diagnose both scenarios.

Can you restore monitoring for a system from a defunct installer?

Yes. We reconnect and reconfigure monitoring for systems from any installer, including companies that are no longer in business. We can transfer Enphase and SolarEdge accounts to your ownership and restore data visibility.

Does it matter if my solar monitoring is offline?

Yes. Without monitoring, you cannot tell if your system is underproducing. Many homeowners discover their system has been underperforming for months or years only when they check their true-up bill. Monitoring is your early warning system.
